Refund policy

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you wish to proceed to an exchange or a refund/return of your order, please contact us at info@latuna.ch and we will provide you with the return information. Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or removed from their box or protective packaging are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and any other jewelry that comes into direct contact with piercings cannot be returned.

Made-to-order or personalised items are also non-returnable.
